Text alert terms

Program. CanaryTags Community text alerts tell members about new posts and new comments on threads they are part of. Texts are alerts only. You cannot post or comment by text.

How to opt in. Signed in members open Settings, enter a mobile number, choose which alerts they want, and tick the consent box. We never ask for consent by text, and consent is not a condition of membership.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with room activity, usually a few messages a day at most.

Cost. Msg and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email community@canarytags.com.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy notice.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
