This notice covers community.canarytags.com, run by CanaryTags, LLC.

What we collect. For applicants and members: name, work email, company, role, the member type the host assigns, what you post, and, if you turn on text alerts, your mobile number and the date you consented. We keep a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it. To review applications, run the community, send sign in links, and send the text alerts you chose. Posts and comments are public. The house AI reads public posts to answer questions.

Sharing. We use service providers to run the site: hosting, email delivery (Resend), text delivery (Signal House) and the house AI (Anthropic). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Your choices. Edit your profile or turn off texts in Settings, reply STOP to any text, or email community@canarytags.com to delete your account.
