About the community

CanaryTags Community is a public room for field notes on moving goods: lane observations, claims and investigations, packaging and placement, loss prevention, and the tools people use to see where shipments are.

Who posts. Shippers, 3PLs, forwarders, carriers and high volume parcel shippers approved by the host, Mike Smith. Anyone can read.

House rules. Be useful and specific. No customer names, tag IDs, tracking numbers or details that would help a thief. No selling in posts. The host may hide posts and remove members.

Friend of the Industry. Our house AI is a friend of the logistics technology and tracking industry. Ask it on the Ask page or mention @friend in a comment. It answers only from what members have posted and links the threads it used.

About CanaryTags. CanaryTags is connected shipment visibility powered by LarkNet. Tags report location pings as a shipment travels, and the portal and API turn those pings into usable shipment visibility. The community is hosted by CanaryTags and is open to people who use any tools.
